I know you find yourself wondering at the concept of Tehila.But this is the idea. We want to thank God. We have many talks about the revival, about intercession and so on. We drop our requests on God and trust him to answer us. God has been faithful, he lives up to his reputation and always comes to our aid. But we must never forget that God is not our errand boy,he remains king. What we want is to engage the people of the earth to join in to lavish God with thanksgiving. The bible tells us that thanksgiving is the will of the father for us in all things. So we want engage in intercession via thanksgiving. Because it is not a question of whether he will do or not. It's a question of our gratitude. So every second to last Saturday we give God Tehila- a great shout of gratitude in prayers and not petitions.Tehila is not to showcase anyone but to love God.
